Pros
The pay and benefits is decent, about right in the middle of industry standard. The team I am on collaborate well together and bounce ideas off one another, to the point where it is highly encouraged. If you don't know about something, you can find someone who does, and are more than eager to help.
Cons
Some of the other non tech departments of the company have clueless managers that seem to always be the last to know when major company changes happen, which results with them calling in to the service desk to be told if you read your emails you would have already known this. The departments really need to communicate with one another better, so the left hand knows what the right hand is doing.
