Pros

Working for Endeavor schools is like becoming part of a huge family. There are ways for employees from all over the U.S to stay connected and feel heard. They have created ways that teachers can use their passions and skills within the company (ex. photography, art, dance, yoga, etc.) Families care deeply for the teachers their child is with, and many of those bonds last even after the child has "aged out" of our program.

Cons

Sometimes working for a large company can feel like you might be a small fish in a big pond, but management does a very nice job of knowing each family and each employee.

Pros

Good people I admired left before 2025

Cons

The regional director in Oregon caused so much pain and destruction for so long and HR just allowed her walk all over good employees, complete lack of empathy, she treated leaders like children and would yell at them in front of other people, publicly shame them. Because of people like her the company went from a supportive environment to complete micromanaging mayhem and lost some many good employees.
