The Company pays decently.

Cons

There is no job security. They will not give their employees the due process they deserve, but instead fire you with no notice. Upper level management lies, with no regard to your professional reputation. They manage based on who yells the loudest, then respond. They provide little to no support for School Leaders and exercise poor judgment when they do.

Good people I admired left before 2025

Cons

The regional director in Oregon caused so much pain and destruction for so long and HR just allowed her walk all over good employees, complete lack of empathy, she treated leaders like children and would yell at them in front of other people, publicly shame them. Because of people like her the company went from a supportive environment to complete micromanaging mayhem and lost some many good employees.
