Pros
We were acquired by Endeavor schools several years ago. Change can be difficult, but it creates growth. As a Director, I have seen growth in our teachers, and admin. Endeavor has been supportive and helped us grow to be a better school. We also learn from our sister schools. We have gone from a small family to a much larger family.
Cons
I really don't have any cons. It is a big company but with the structure of Endeavor there is always someone there to help.
