If you disagree with corporate, they retaliate. No one will speak up about how bad it is, everyone is just leaving fast and quietly. Say all the right things but it’s not true

Good people I admired left before 2025

Cons

The regional director in Oregon caused so much pain and destruction for so long and HR just allowed her walk all over good employees, complete lack of empathy, she treated leaders like children and would yell at them in front of other people, publicly shame them. Because of people like her the company went from a supportive environment to complete micromanaging mayhem and lost some many good employees.
