Pros
They have a fantastic business model. They are innovating. Senior Management is very accessible and communicative. It's a big bank, asset-wise, but still feels like a small company. The company really works as a team. Priorities are clear and people work hard. I would still be there but I received a much better offer.
Cons
99% of the people are really great to work with. There are a few bad apples (1 or 2).
