      Pros

      I had a good mentor to help train me and other coworkers more than willing to help when I had questions. Fair pay for the work I did. They were supportive and willing to work with me when I needed time off.

      Cons

      Some times work could be a little boring but that may just be a personal opinion. The application systems were a little difficult to learn and seem somewhat outdated.
