Pros
Benefits are decent, 401k matching, good pay, no weekends. Annual pay increases. A few good people who really stand out.
Cons
Most of the employees are miserable and impossible to work with, which makes for a toxic environment. The work load is impossible because the turn over rate is so high someone is always leaving or getting fired. The systems and processes they use are completely outdated. You don't want to work here. Period.
