Pros
The product is decent and the service on the batteries is prompt when the customers are in need.
Cons
Management is completely unprofessional, and talk down to you. They treat all employees as expendable and conflict within the branch is overwhelming. The product is manufactured to order and rarely is available on the determined date. They have different pricing based on the customer and often the loyal, larger customer pays more for the same product. Warranty issues are often blamed on the application and the customer is left to foot the bill.
