Great flexibility and open to discussion and new ideas and approaches. Hierarchies are not too strict. Good product quality and great people environment. Good and positive outlook for the near future.
Cons
As other big corporations, sometimes it is a big and slow machine. Difficult to really deploy new projects. Lack of structured training program and career plans, you need to build it by yourself. Generational change coming in few years. Possible threats to business coming from new technologies developments.
