      Pros

      Large, growing and yet stable company, with industry equivalent pay and benefits. Drama is low (at least in my division) and leadership is not fickle about business strategy or HR matters.

      Cons

      Some areas are high stress due to personalities (more than nature of work) leading those areas, but not much more so than other similar companies. Career growth is not steady since the company is not as large as banks etc. so you have to make your own path with little support.

      Open leadership, lots of changes that can bring a lot of opportunities.

      Cons

      You can burn yourself out, there's too many things going on. It could seem chaotic.

      A lot of job security easy work

      Cons

      because the jobs overall are so stable, lots of low performers stay on and it dilutes the overall quality of the work. an older crowd that has drank the cool-aid and accepted that the processes and systems here are terrible. lower than average pay. not challenging
