Better job options elsewhere - Technician Enercare Employee Review

Very poor leadership and management. Company doesn't care about the well-being of employees. During Covid-19 and restrictions on stores, public washrooms was not available for technicians to use. Technicians were told to urinate in an old plastic water bottle if they can't find a washroom. Managers do not have leadership/people skills, one-on-ones last at most 2 minutes with no clear direction or actionable items. They don't care about the people on the front-line and compensation is much lower than market wages.
