      Many internal roles available in the company, both union or non-union positions if someone is looking to grow with the company. Full benefits, and pay increases yearly.

      Cons

      Depending on the department you move up into, work volume can become intense with very tight deadlines. It will be up to the individual to manage their own work/life balance.

      A lot of job security easy work

      Cons

      because the jobs overall are so stable, lots of low performers stay on and it dilutes the overall quality of the work. an older crowd that has drank the cool-aid and accepted that the processes and systems here are terrible. lower than average pay. not challenging
