      - Direct management was very supportive and great - Good benefits - overtime when available is paid at double - union job

      Cons

      - base pay is kind of low to start - job can be very boring - job can be easily done from home but they require in person attendance some days - not a lot of career development opportunities

      A lot of job security easy work

      Cons

      because the jobs overall are so stable, lots of low performers stay on and it dilutes the overall quality of the work. an older crowd that has drank the cool-aid and accepted that the processes and systems here are terrible. lower than average pay. not challenging
