      Pros

      At a franchise of Enercare, they were really flexible and made it comfortable to work here for so many years. Managers are easy going and understanding of family values. Yearly bonus and company building activities were fun.

      Cons

      stagnant with no room for growth. the most i could become was office manager and that role was in the same persons hand for 20+ years.

      You can burn yourself out, there's too many things going on. It could seem chaotic.

      A lot of job security easy work

      Cons

      because the jobs overall are so stable, lots of low performers stay on and it dilutes the overall quality of the work. an older crowd that has drank the cool-aid and accepted that the processes and systems here are terrible. lower than average pay. not challenging
