Used to be an amazing company, it has great people and a friendly culture.

Cons

Place started to decline in 2023. Work life balance, pay, and peer relations are all on the worse side now. Senior management is trying to squeeze every penny out of the employees, hiring cheap salary people who have no idea what to do.

because the jobs overall are so stable, lots of low performers stay on and it dilutes the overall quality of the work. an older crowd that has drank the cool-aid and accepted that the processes and systems here are terrible. lower than average pay. not challenging
