Pros
The profit sharing program (ESOP plan) is really the only positive that Enercon has to offer any current or prospective employee.
Cons
Employees are treated in a what have you done for me lately atmosphere and not held in a very high regard. Also, when the company decides to downsize, they do not think it necessary to have any consideration to your years of service to the company and offer any type of separation package.
