Pros
Decent starter job for new grads. Challenging work.
Cons
The AWS and work from home policy that they love to advertise are merit based; you need to “earn” them and it seems like the requirements are arbitrary and depend on who your lead/ supervisor is. If you don’t “earn” these benefits by your 3 month performance evaluation you will most likely never get them. Please take this into consideration before applying here. Even if you do get the AWS, understand you may go months without actually having that Friday off due to the work load. This company has a very toxic work culture where you are “encouraged” to dedicate your personal/free time towards working. You can expect to work 11+ hour days and weekends very regularly, especially towards the end of the month. They expect 100% perfect quality on unrealistic deadlines. You can also expect disrespectful management and a very “clique-y” atmosphere. This company is very much a good ole boys club. Please consider the kind of lifestyle that you want to lead because working here will likely take up more time out of your life than you’d expect.
