Management is not trustworthy - Mechanical Design Engineer Energy Land & Infrastructure Employee Review

Pros

There were some good people that have since left

Cons

I always felt exploited here. Upper management were not honest with employees. I only felt valued once other employment opportunities were presented. HR and executive staff supported a toxic work environment that enabled bullying of production and survey teams. No opportunity for growth or promotion.

Pros

Great culture, leadership, work-life balance. They really care about and live their core values. They are growing but still have a personal connection with all of their employees. Fun and diverse project in the markets they serve.

Cons

None to name right now.
