Pros
The team at ESG was incredibly supportive. They provided great benefits and encouraged work/life boundaries. I felt as if I was contributing to something more than just an industry but to something I had purpose and I was valued.
Cons
While the teams were very supportive of each other, there was an abundance of things to do. Many individuals had so much on their plate that taking off a day would result in a scramble the day they arrived back in the office. This is something that tends to happen everywhere. Overall, I was pleased while working here.
