Pros
Imagine a small group of really smart and interesting people who are also really humble - that's what's at EnergyHub. I found my teammates great to work with and fun to hang out with. It's a super-cool space, and it was awesome to have Whole Foods right across the street. I found working on internet-connected thermostats really interesting, and I learned a tremendous amount during my 4+ years at the company. I really appreciated the opportunity to branch out and try new things, which was always encouraged. The perks (company happy hours, great benefits, free snacks and popsicles) were great. The annual Alarm.com all-company retreat is legendary, and I'm sorry I don't get to go now that I've left the company.
Cons
EnergyHub has a lot of big-company customers, who can move a little slowly sometimes.
