Big company with big problems - Account Manager England Logistics Employee Review

Micromanagement. They record your phone calls; your manager has access to your e-mail, to your computer screen and cameras all over the floor. - If you don't trust your employees why do you hire them ?! You can stay way past 4 pm, but they are not flexible at all with their 7 AM "early culture." Bad managers. The company thinks if someone made to SAM and they are good at sales and will be good manager. Wrong! A lot of bosses -not a lot of leaders. Managing with fear. A lot of problems in the house that management knows about it but seems they don't care to fix it. Even if you suggest it, they will thank you and ignore it. Result: Really high turnover! They won't share the turnover numbers because are probably laughable- other words- pretty sad. The company has house accounts, and they play favoritism. They will give those accounts for the ones they like- pretty visible to everyone that you will succeed if the company gives you something. I could go on and on... sadly, nothing I will write will be making any changes to the organization.
