Bootcamp consists of higher activity metrics which is typically achieved through longer work days. They'll be nice to your face one day and put you on a performance plan the next. No real patience for new hires. They don't service Business Development Manager people or their sales - treated like second tier/class to the Account Managers and it shows with everyone you talk to and everything you try to accomplish.
