Pros

Potential for a hybrid remote/in office

Cons

Pay is way under market. You’ll be asked to sign a non compete once hired, and I strongly advise you do not. At a minimum, hire an employment lawyer who can write up an agreement that’s more in the employees favor, not Englands. I personally left for a better opportunity within the Logistics market, and as a result, was hit with numerous threatening emails, including potential lawsuits. My new employer was contacted with potential legal action, which lead to a suspension. England will do everything to stop you from working, which in my case, halted me from making a living and providing for my family. They claim they own the individuals intellectual property, which is alarming, because there’s no formal training once hired. I strongly recommend you look else where, as majority of the Logistics companies are moving away from non competes.

Strong earning potential with commission, supportive training programs, opportunities for career growth, and a team-oriented culture. The experience provides valuable professional development and exposure to the transportation industry.
