Engrain is truly focused on advancing tech in the multifamily space. People who are driven, committed and proactive typically do really well here and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your career in whichever path you'd like to take it. While you won't have a clean, easy to path to follow – you are encouraged to develop your own. • Team is made up of really great people each trying to push themselves and each other. • Progressive and accepting company culture. Nice office space.
Cons
Growth and scale means that not every process is figured out (or is actively breaking), which means a lot of frequent change that can impact work/life balance. If you're looking for a position that's simply punching a clock or doesn't require day-to-day creative problem solving, Engrain may not be for you. • Quick, changing project types and processes. No two months are ever really the same. • Rate of scale means that you never really feel "above water." It's been nothing unsustainable, more of a constant team challenge that we're all working toward.
