Pros

- Great products - Wonderful coworkers

Cons

- Work from home options have been stripped away. Likely because the company needs to justify an expensive office. - Workloads are often unpredictable. Some weeks you’ll have 60 hours and others you’ll be scraping to get 25. - Unless you’re friends with upper management, no chance at promotions. - For years, company meetings were done over a cheap Karaoke system instead of investing in a proper PA system. A pretty good metaphor for the company overall.

Talented team, empathetic leadership, snacks and delicious drinks in the fridge, regularly scheduled culture events. Strong product and great clients.

Pros

My team was really professional and I loved my manager. She was incredibly helpful and always willing to consult on best practices.

Cons

Awful company culture. The office environment was so suffocating, They expanded the office that included a Nintendo room (ik this sounds petty but if you were to see the room, you’d understand) and we were required to not spend more than 10 mins at a time away from our desk. So performative and did not foster collaboration in any way.
