where to begin...I worked at enova for over 7yrs within them years I've seen good reps come and go revolving door for petty reasons beginning with QA SM's do not grade the same as others many good workers was fired for this reason. I witness when enova was audited how they pulled everyone from different depts and tried to coach us on what to say and not to say to the auditors, they shredded documents that shouldn't been shredded I witness and heard conversations on who they will fire before the auditors came because they knew particular people would talk..I've witness so much con, bs I dont know where to begin/end, there was 2 people that begin the talk of needing a union for employees this particular employee that stared the talk was fired for QA that they schemed to get that person fired there was many people that wanted a union but enova suckered them with one on one meetings or group meetings to ask what they want to change they provided some of the requests maybe 2 or 3 that they call my time, perks, after everything died down enova was back to they old ways bs cons. room for advancements never I witness managers hiring outside the company one of they friends or frat buddies to be a manager and that was clueless to what is going on very poor mgmts in all levels cooperate disengaged with there employees they dont speak to you if you are not on a certain floor level. back to QA how can you have a QA dept that never been on the phones to understand the process I witness QA dept being clueless on how the sales process works I can continue on and on about enova you get it Enova is not a place to grow .
