      Made some amazing friends Dress was casual

      Cons

      Everything (honestly) If you are even 1 minute late you get an occurrence. Occurrences can lead to you being fired. It's absolutely absurd No consideration for life/home balance Bonuses were restructured to basically take away to possibility of bringing home a decent bonus- which is the only reason most people were in the position in the first place

      Wonderful team and work environment. They have a bullet proof system going that you can tell management took time and learned from lots of feedback. Many young successful reps working 10+ years. Inspiring.
