Great schedule decent starting pay

Cons

Small raises. Department is referred to as a plantation.There is disconnect between management and employees unfair break policy 1 30-45 min lunch 2 10mins break if you are found to be away from that time limit you will be written up and eventually fired after 2 write ups the third is termination this practice seems to be unlawful.

Wonderful team and work environment. They have a bullet proof system going that you can tell management took time and learned from lots of feedback. Many young successful reps working 10+ years. Inspiring.
