Because of recession planning prior to the crisis and responsible lending practices, Enova has been able to continue to operate through the crisis without any layoffs, pay cuts, or furloughs and the leadership has assured us that this will be the case going forward. The company has prioritized helping customers through the crisis as their financial state changes.
