Pros

- Cool people/ friendly work environment - Got some good sales and customer service experience - Thorough training and preparation before starting - Some cool perks & bonuses Overall they seemed like a pretty good company.

Cons

- Highly competitive sales - Only a certain percentage of the top sales people get decent bonus payouts (pretty much those who were there longest) - Last training simulation was a bit too intense - This specific position was just way too repetitive - Night shift wasn't too appealing I hated my position there. Maybe if I worked in a different position I may have stayed, but I didn't feel like I wanted to wait around to move up. At the end of the day, its a call center and it is what it is.

Pros

Wonderful team and work environment. They have a bullet proof system going that you can tell management took time and learned from lots of feedback. Many young successful reps working 10+ years. Inspiring.
