The work hours are good.

Cons

Poor management. Poor salary. With the amount of funding they receive from the government, grants, donation, etc. they should be paying staff and assisting families more. It is sad that employees are in the same financial hardship as the families they are serving.

Senior staff care about their work and clients. Very fulfilling opportunities as far as getting the community the services they need. Emphasis on training and learning.

Cons

Not much room for growth. And the pay is a subjective issue.
