      Good compensation package for location

      Cons

      Ensemble preaches positive work environment and supportive leadership, but the toxic people in AVP and VP positions suck the life out of anyone trying to make positive outcomes for clients. No resources requested are received, AVPs waste time bringing down their employees only to make themselves appear better and more productive.

      Pros

      They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

      Cons

      The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
