Pros
This company has a culture that welcomes you. They live and breath "One-for-all-and-all-for-one, and People first last and always. Does your company have a cake party for all staff every month for birthdays? This one does! Does your company embrace having faith and having it empower you? Does your company have all level of leadership walking or emailing distance away, even the CEO! She will email or call you if you reach out to her. THIS COMPANY DOES!!! They have an associate based group that plans and speaks for staff. They make all decisions with a majority of associates approval or guidance! I could go on and on about this company! I have been in all types of work and company type and you can feel the care they have for their people first and then then people we serve! They have great benefits, and better ones coming with a move to a new building.
Cons
Every company has these, but they are growing pains and adapting in a super fast growing industry. But every Con that gets brought up, its not brushed off it is looked at and dealt with.
