Pros
I left a perfectly good job to join Ensemble as a remote associate and immediately enjoyed the respect and opportunity to learn that they presented. It didn't take long to realize what an amazing company Ensemble was, so when the opportunity presented itself, I moved to North Carolina to work onsite in one of their Huntersville offices. Not only have I not looked back, but I haven't regretted the move for a minute! There aren't adequate words to describe what it is like working at Ensemble. The availability of leadership, the constant pursuit of excellence, the drive to be the best in the business. . .it is all here. They treat associates unlike any company I have ever seen. The respect they have for their employees, and the lengths to which they go to show it, is remarkable. If you're looking for a place where the learning is never-ending, where you have every chance to succeed, and where you can know you're making a change in the healthcare system in America, THIS is the place for you!
Cons
I think the only downside would be if you are looking to have a job where every day is exactly the same. Things are always growing and changing around here!
