At Ensemble, we believe in putting people first, last and always, and that means protecting our associates while continuing to bring exceptional revenue cycle results to our partners. Per CDC guidelines, we put many new policies and procedures into place to protect our associates, both those now working remotely and those working on the frontlines at our client sites. Through these unprecedented times, we are proud to support all of our associates, including those in Patient Access. The work that they do is absolutely critical to health system performance and improves health outcomes for our patients and communities. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. At any time we welcome you to contact us directly with your personal story at askjudson@ensemblehp.com or tellshannon@ensemblehp.com and let’s discuss your perception and experience together.

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
