Pros
Remote work. Schedule flexibility. I do feel they try their best to have team work and provide a friendly working environment. Their initial training during orientation is sufficient.
Cons
Once you're in your role, it felt like in some ways they were disorganized. I needed answers and wasn't being provided the guidance needed for those answers. The benefits were decently priced but not knowing how much you'd actually owe for a service was not ideal (coinsurance).
