      Flexible schedule, decent benefits, tuition reimbursement. Started off strong with the company.

      Cons

      They offer you a promotion then rescind it. High supervisor turnover, I have been through at least 5 supervisors in 3 years. Low rate of pay.

      They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

      Cons

      The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
