The denial prevention department is VERY Toxic. Favoritism is very evident and the AVP of the department likes to bully employees and treat them like they are children. Supervisors and managers have a group chat where they make fun of analyst instead of choosing to teach them. Turn over in the department in the last few months have been crazy there is literally about 4 people left in the department that were there when it first started 2 years ago. Refused to let people take advantage of tuition reimbursement because they claimed people should focus on learning the job when people have been working there for months. They like to nit pick at the smallest things but are literally paying everyone in the department pennies compared to competitors. I would not recommend working here. It’s not worth your time.
