Pros

Allow for Certification SMART Trainers are very knowledgeable about the subject they are teaching and they are honestly the best part of the company leadership.

Cons

You resign because you have the right to seek other employment, and then have to be off work due to COVID-19 exposure and they discharge you early. Leaving you with no pay and no health benefits. Leadership in Public Benefits does not communicate with you but only via email or meetings that are documented so they can use this information against you in the future. When you speak up regarding performance issues they bring up and ask for clarification, they completely ignore you. When you have confidential conversations with management regarding other management, they run to tell the others like a high school cliche. They promote you and then give you no extra duties, even though you are in a leadership role. They bad-mouth you to the onsite client that you work for. They do not follow protocols in place for COVID-19 exposure and do not care to educate themselves on the policies set forth by the client you work with.

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Work remotely 100% of the time.

Cons

DAILY pressure and extreme stress. You will be in constant fight, flight or fear mode. There's a heavy emphasis on productivity, and KPI's without resources, tools or clear direction to accomplish either. They want to be a innovative and forward thinking/moving organization but they're missing the mark. Whatever the client wants, the client gets regardless of the impact it will have on the team and department. We work at the behest of the client, not the other way around. Ensemble started out with good intentions I believe, but somewhere along the way and the pursuit of 'revenue' they've lost their way, with no signs of ever getting 'it' (whatever 'it' is) back. Don't do it! It's not worth your sanity.
