Pros
Job itself is easy once understood. Pretty straight forward once the proper training and tools are done and available. Health benefits are nice and taking time off is generally easy to get approved.
Cons
How much time do you have? Leadership is another word for Meeting Department because that’s where they are 95% of the time. Asking for help in a timely is like pulling teeth and heaven forbid they ask you something and it’s not answered on the spot. The CRCR is a scam and only a handful of questions pertain to your day to day job. The pay is 5- 18% less than the competition and the sooner associates learn that the better off they are so they can get out.
