      I enjoyed much of my experience there. The culture I felt was decent.

      Cons

      While I enjoyed the company, my direct supervisor wasn't pleasant, helpful and cared little about personal improvements unless it made her look good.

      Good amount of PTO time, great health benefits, very supportive leadership and training team, weekly productivity meetings, positive work environment

      Pros

      They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

      Cons

      The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
