Overworked and Underpaid - Supervisor, Accounts Receivable Ensemble Health Partners Employee Review

When I’m leadership you are expected to worker 70-80 hours a week with no support from Sr Leaders. When it comes to discipline of associates they will make excuses rather than support the leader when you are following company guidelines. Never given recognition when things are done well, just that you aren’t doing enough. This company promotes people first, last, and always which couldn’t be further from the truth. Their is no work/life balance. They are also shipping all the work offshores and elongating positions in the US to cut cost while the work is being performed incorrectly. Reported but ignores by leaders.
