      Pros

      Flexible schedule, great management, amazing and supportive team - even virtually. Quarterly incentive bonuses. Provides all equipment, remote working environment, on the job training - virtually.

      Cons

      You get points in work day if you clock in late, outside of your normal schedule, or work past your normal schedule. I can understand where this holds some accountable, and it is easy for your supervisor to remove. But feels a little restrictive when we have flex schedules. Should consider the newest suggest 2022 CTR salary guidelines. Otherwise, no major downsides.

      Good amount of PTO time, great health benefits, very supportive leadership and training team, weekly productivity meetings, positive work environment

      I have nothing negative to say about the company overall.

      Pros

      They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

      Cons

      The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
