Working from home is great. Flex schedule for appointments when approved. Teammates relied on each other a lot.
Cons
I started here with great expectations. I quickly learned that I would be frustrated and sorely disappointed. The group I was hired with had about a week of training. Very unorganized with some of us missing equipment, others with no access to programs and IT issues. When it came time to go live, we had only one day of actual practicing. When I started we had a full team, as the months went on I watched almost 20 people leave, with only one person hired who also didn't stay. Due to being constantly short staffed, PTO days were routinely denied. Overtime was constantly offered, but who wants to work more hours when the ones you have to work are spent frustrated and overworked? People were leaving due to lack of consistency and accountability. Directors, Managers and Supervisors were never around. They wouldn't be there to answer questions and certainly not to help. When they were needed or asked to do something, they'd almost always never follow through. They had no problem telling us they were doing other things like exercising, caring for their children or running errands. Only when our metrics fell below acceptable levels they then were there to micromanage every single aspect of the day. Read the other reviews. It's sad because this could be a great company. It is clear to everyone below the leadership level that we truly mean nothing. Our pay reflects it, our lack of raises reflects it and the constant turnover does as well. You would think that they would see that what they are doing now isn't working and try to fix it before the ship completely sinks. Our last meeting we were told that the company plans to triple its staff in the near future. How? They cannot keep the staff they have now. They're going to take on more and more clients while the ones they already have are manned by an overworked and burnt out skeleton crew. Again, we don't matter and it's very obvious. Please don't waste your time here. You'll come in excited and ready to make a difference to only be disappointed and frustrated like everyone before you.
