Pros

Great team, my supervisor is amazing, and the benefits are decent. Quarterly bonuses are nice, though don't add up to much.

Cons

Elusive when it comes to pay, and then they will lowball you and tell you they don't negotiate salaries. One of their core values is "people, first last and always" but when you don't pay your people what they're worth you're not showing that "core value."

At Ensemble, we believe strongly in paying for performance, and we offer a competitive compensation package that has been designed to reward results. Additionally, we are very proud of our incentive plans that add value to the base wages for our associates. Pros

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software

Cons

pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
