Pros

The company allows the teams it takes on to keep their staff under Ensemble. They provide more support then many small hospitals They require everyone to get certified to understand their role. Remote work

Cons

Pay is not great No 401k match Benefits removed spouses Bonuses are tiered and dependent on all hospitals hitting, not just the one you're working.

Pros

They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

Cons

The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
