Pros

I’ve worked my way to the position I was at now. I started out making $15 hourly and barely making pay check to pay check. I knew that wasn’t enough to care for my kids and I so I worked my way into a position where I’m able to pay my bills. In today economy, will “enough” ever be ENOUGH? Be aware of the reviews you read into. This company goes above and beyond for their employees! Highly recommend.

Cons

Working from home eliminates the actual work life/home life balance I needed. I’m totally all for work from home just wish there were mandatory quarterly meets with our team and/or leaders. Benefits are good but I feel like they could have more options or better plans.

Pros

none, this company is horribly run and uses outdated workflows and software

Cons

pretty much everything. employees are insufferable to work with and pretentious, most engineering work is done overseas so it's impossible to coordinate effectively, and they'll scapegoat you for your department underperforming and fire you with the option of leaving or taking a 3 week PIP plan, which, by the way, is illegal. Also the benefits are horrible. I live in a major metropolitan area and nobody would accept the health insurance except for a doctor thirty miles outside of the city.
