      Pros

      Full time WFH, flexible schedule, M-F work week, holidays off, my manager and director are great.

      Cons

      Too many people making decisions about jobs they don't perform, low end of the pay scale nationally, no one seems to know what they're supposed to be doing. Some departments have leaders who are major micromanagers and causes low morale.

      Pros

      They are willing to work with you and your schedule. No issues with pay and you get paid on time consistently.

      Cons

      The work is extremely overwhelming and they definitely don't pay you what you are worth. Ensemble is not "People first" as they like to say. Invisible expectations.
