Pros

Ensemble really cares about patient care- they do extensive training. Management was great! With seniority, you can choose the hours you would like within a pre-determined range. Excellent Christmas parties and bonuses. Good Opportunities for growth.

Cons

Significant micro-management in scheduling. A raise above a cost of living increase is rare.

Pros

You are at home. Some coworkers are nice. If you can deal with lousy lazy leaders you will be okay.

Cons

Micromanagement. Lead by managers who act like they came from McDonald's. Low pay for what we are asked to do. Raises are a joke. Training is a joke. Benefits are a joke. If you cab get in elsewhere do it. Not diverse.
